Beautiful Lake Bled

We travelled by local bus to Lake Bled (1and a half hours), had a wonderful stroll, I climbed up to the Castle and J sipped coffee with Sandra ( a German / Russian), a wonderful and interesting person, who is working here in Slovenia. I will just post the pics as Janet will blog about this and our stay in Ljubljana next. We still have one more day here in Ljubljana before we move on to Russia. Will probably take a boat along the river to marvel at the local architecture and generally kick back in this "University" town - population of 300,000 of whom 60,000 are Uni students. Makes for a young, vibrant cultural mix amidst the history and cultural backdrop. We have loved this place.
