Photos of where we live and the hawker centre next door (where we eat most of evening meals, which is quite normal in Singapore).
The accommodation's good for us because it's close to work, has free internet, tv room and a gym. It was well worth paying the extra for air con. I'm glad Eric and Jing politely corrected me when I suggested not getting it!
I'm going to really miss the fruit juices from the hawker centre. They just drop the fruit straight into a liquidiser and then put it in a glass. Yummy. Government inspection signs in every food outlet tell you how clean the kitchen is! How very Singapore!!
