Sentosa Island is about 500m off the south coast of Singapore. It's a completely man-made beach resort/theme park (without rollercoasters). You can get there by cable car or monorail.
Quite funny seeing all the ships less than a mile away from the beach where people swim. Nice! Water didn't look too bad though.
Going to try and play volleyball there in two weekends time.
