After Omaha Beach we made our way to our next stop... Carentan, France. Hubby booked a B&B for us and I was somewhat nervous as to what we'd find. I'd never stayed in a bed and breakfast before and I didn't know what to expect.
As was common for most of our trip we really didn't know where we were going but we somehow ended up exactly where we were supposed to be! Good job Hubby!
After finally checking in we unloaded the car and were ready to get some dinner. But, it was too early! LOL Found out this little town didn't start dinner hour until after 7:00 p.m.! So, we walked around and saw some sites and realized everything else closed around 5:00 p.m.! Very strange!
Stopped at a hotel restaurant and had a good dinner and some drinks. Then, it was time for sleep before tomorrow's adventure!
