Woke up early and made my way to the airport to head back home.
What an AWESOME trip it was. I swore I'd never get on a plane and fly that long, but I'm soooo glad I did.

Alas, all good things must come to an end. Hubby and I headed to the train station so we could go our separate ways. My train for Dusseldorf left first and then hubby boarded his train for Hungary.

After strolling through the streets, sampling some wine, and of course some beer, it was time for a nap.
After resting a bit we headed out for some dinner. Found a nice little Italian restaurant, Trattoria Luigi.

After a pretty bad 8.5 hour flight from Atlanta to Dusseldorf it was finally time to see Jeff again after 6 long months!
But first, I had to go through all the hassles of entering another country. At least now my passport isn't blank anymore!
