We woke up early, got packed up, and decided to mail some stuff home to lighten the load.

| Today is our last day in Garmisch. We decided to head down to the Marienplatz (city center) to do some sightseeing, shopping and eating! What a gorgeous city. Bought some chocolates and had lunch at a great German restaurant. |

Next we took the Gletscherbahn (cable car) to the summit. We encountered CLOUDS! LOL
After wandering around in the clouds and cold for a while we boarded the train back down to Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Woke up to CLOUDS... of course... last time Jeff traveled to the Zugspitze back in the 80s, it was shrouded in clouds too.
We took a bus to the Garmisch-Partenkirchen Bahnhof (central station) to buy our discounted tickets for the Zugspitzbahn.

After lots of walking and sightseeing we came back to the resort to relax. We headed to the indoor pool and then checked out the outdoor hot tub! Nice!
Dinner was, once again, at the buffet. Great drinks and awesome food.
